Mastopexy, or lifting the breasts, is a procedure that aims to lift and give form to sagging breast or breast that have lost their firmness. The excess skin is removed, the mammary gland is remodelled, and the nipple-areola complex is shifted to a higher position and then adapted to the size of the new breast.
